Gift Cards

To respect both your time and ours, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

• Rescheduling (24 hours or more in advance):
  Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. A 50% fee of the original service cost will be charged.
• Rescheduling (less than 24 hours in advance):
  Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a 100% charge of the service cost.
• Cancellations (at any time):
  All cancellations, regardless of notice, are subject to a 100% charge of the service fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy ensures we can fairly serve all clients and maintain a reliable schedule.

If for any reason the studio needs to cancel a booked lesson or class, we will cover 100% of your next lesson or class (of the same length as the one canceled).
